Delicious Homemade Cookies

With lots of chocolate in the house after Easter we decided to use them up based on the recipe from BBC Good Food. Please see link below:

This recipe is great. The 200g of chocolate chips we divided into 4 different types of cookies. We made Cadbury Buttons cookies (75g), Galaxy (plain) (50g), Galaxy Caramel cookies (50g) and almond flake (25g) cookies. Our advice would be to finely chop up the chocolate making sure it’s been in the fridge over night. This will make molding the cookies easier. The recipe makes 30 cookies. Ensure to use your biggest baking trays and leave plenty of space between as they will spread out.

Don’t forget to let us know via instagram @cookingincookley how you found this recipe! Enjoy, you cookie monster! 😀
